Each year, fashion-lovers and anyone adjacent flocks to the heart of Manhattan for a week-long spree of shows, events, parties, and carpets. Besides the content strutting down runways, show-goers provide a pre-show ahead of the main event. We kept an eye on our favorite It-girls to whet our sartorial palettes and provide swoon-worthy inspiration for the fall and winter months ahead.

None other than yours truly has been known to favor risqué fashion, so I’d be remiss to overlook the hottest macro trend that high fashion has seen in a minute: lingerie as daywear. NYFW kicked off a slew of scantily clad models down the '23 runways echoing the bud of intimates trend from earlier this year—now, it's in full bloom. PLUSH FURRY HATS HAVE RETURNED FOR WINTER - DO YOU HAVE YOURS YET? Hygge hats have slowly been popping up all over Instagram… again. The ‘Influentials’ such as EmRata, Doja Cat, Dua Lipa, Meg Thee Stallion, Nadia Lee Cohen, Lori Harvey at NYFW, and of course, Rihanna who’s been sporting the ‘do for years now, have all taken a keen liking to the teddy hat (Ted-head? Sorry.) We’ve seen plush headwear before mostly due to two of its pioneering designers, Emma Brewin & Tyler Lambert, of whom are both favored by celebrities.
